All transactions on the aud99 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may fund your account using Philippine online banking and local e-wallets. The specific payment channels available are shown on the deposit page of your account. Payment method availability may change at any time.

Deposits are credited to your PHP wallet following confirmation from the payment provider. aud99 does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency or credit cards for wagering purposes.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, subject to the limits and conditions of the receiving channel. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete an identity verification step in line with our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. aud99 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed transaction processing due to third-party payment providers, or any issue caused by factors outside our direct control. Our total liability to any individual player in relation to any claim arising under these terms is limited to the PHP balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

aud99 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms are effective from the date they are published on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes through in-platform notifications or email to the address on file.
